Our emergency call-out is a flat £350. That covers a roofer attending and making your roof watertight that day, which we guarantee. If you then go ahead with the full repair, we put part of that £350 toward the cost of the repair. The labour for the emergency visit itself is not deducted, as that work has already been done.
